LIFT SENSOR

SPECIFICATIONS OF TOP ROLLER LIFT INDICATOR
(DISPLACEMENT TRANSMITTER)
 
1.   PRINCIPAL    :  L.V.D.T. Type
2.   DISPLAY        : Two red colored 1” displays indicate lift of the roller in   terms of millimeter. Simultaneously for CROWN & OFF SIDE.
3.   RANGE           :  0 to 40 mm.
4.   SUPPLY          :  230V AC, 1 Phase, 50 Hz.
5.   ACCURACY    :  +/ - 1 mm.

6.   OUTPUT         :  4-20 mA DC for individual lift.
7.   SENSOR         : The sensors are of electromagnetic type carrying the transmitter on it’s head. Since there is no mechanical contact between the plunger and the casing, the life of the sensor is ideally infinite.
                               The spring loaded plunger of the instrument moves up by the roller  And falls to its original position by spring tension.
